Can I return or exchange my order?

Final Sale with Care

Because most of our products are made to order, all sales are generally final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll gladly assist you.

Custom items (made to your specific design, name, or details) are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

Not what you expected? While we typically don’t accept returns, if you’re truly unsatisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer store credit on a case-by-case basis. Your satisfaction means a lot to us.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Any custom item is final sale and unable to be returned. Since a custom item was designed, approved and tailored specifically for you, the customer, we cannot accept a return nor provide a refund.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All of our items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, plus standard shipping time based on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Do you offer express or international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer express or international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping options soon. Thank you for your patience!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible at zenadvisor@beyondzenwear.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Unfortunately, once it's shipped, we can't reroute packages.

Where do your products ship from?

All orders are shipped from the Midwest, USA.

How do I contact customer support?

Do you have a physical store location?

No, Beyond Zen Wear is an online-only store. However, we do occasionally host pop-up events and markets where you can shop in person. Plus, we're proud to be featured in a selection of high-end specialty boutiques. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming events and stockists near you!

Can I customize an item or request a special order?

Yes! We proudly offer customized items to help you express your unique style or message. Whether it's a name, phrase, or specific design request, we’re happy to work with you. Just reach out to us at zenadvisor@beyondzenwear.com with your idea before placing an order.
